实施学分制教学管理模式的实践与思考

摘    要:学分制是以学分作为计量单位衡量学生完成学业状况的教学管理制度,具有与学年制不同的开放性、民主性、柔性和多样性。在实施学分制中,要转变教育教学观念,健全学分制教学管理制度,制定学分制人才培养方案,做好学分制学生选课管理,构建学分制教学管理系统,实行学分制收费改革。今后要进一步完善学分制教学管理模式,主要是制定柔性化的培养方案;构建弹性化的教学体系;实行个性化的教学管理;实施全程化的导师制度;开展常态化的教学质量监控。
