学者型教师培训模式初探

摘    要:知识经济时代呼唤学者型教师。我们认为学者型教师应具备宽厚的理论知识、扎实的教育实践能力、强烈的创新意识,较强的科研能力。可通过理论研习式、教学实践式、科研操作式、经验总结式等培训模式进行培养。培养学者型教师,对于提高教师的素质、社会地位、学术地位、推动教改的发展,实现素质教育,将起着积极的作用。

Abstract:Scholar-type" teachers are required in the knowledge economy era.A "scholar-type" teacher is the one who have wide-range of theoretical knowledge,practical competence of education,intensive sense of creativity and better abilities in scientific research.All these qualifications and abilities can be obtained through seminar.teaching practicing,and scientific operation or experience acquirement.Training teachers to be a scholar is beneficial not only for the quality of the teachers as well as their social status and their academic level,but also for the improvement of education reform and the implementation of empowerment of education.
