摘    要:计算机断层扫描(CT)是在医学疾病判断中用得最为广泛的诊疗手段之一.CT图像边缘提取的质量对医生在临床诊断中的正确率产生重要的影响.而传统的图像边缘检测算子受噪声等因素干扰较大,所以并不适合对CT图像进行边缘提取.本文提出一种扩展数学形态学运算方法,实验结果表明该方法不仅能有效地检测图像边缘,并且具备相对较强的抗噪声性能和很强的抗边缘间相互影响能力,从而为医生对病患做出正确的诊断提供了可靠的依据.

Abstract:Computed Tomography(CT) is one of the most widely used diagnostic means for medical disease.The quality of CT image edge extraction has a significant impact on doctors' clinical diagnosis.The traditional image edge detection operator can often be affected by noise and other interfering factors,causing difficulty in the edge detection of CT images.This paper presented an extension of mathematical morphology methods of calculation.Experimental results showed that the method could not only effectively detect image edge,and had relatively strong anti-noise performance and a strong anti-risk ability,so as to provide a reliable diagnostic basis for the doctor to make correct diagnosis.
