成衣水洗废水的处理

摘    要:研究了无机絮凝剂MgCl2·6H2O对成衣水洗废水的处理效果,考察了废水PH值、絮凝剂用量、搅拌时间等因素,得到最佳工艺条件为:pH值为10.00,絮凝剂用量为3g·L^-1,搅拌脱色时间为70min此条件下,经絮凝处理后成衣水洗废水的脱色率为83.04%,CODCr去除率为80.73%.

Abstract:The inorganic flocculant MgCl2·6H2O were employed to remove the coloring matter of the dye wastewater under pH, flocculant dosage and stirring time. The optimum condition of reaction were obtained as follows: the pH: 10.00, the flocculant dosage: 3g·L^-1 and stirring time: 70min. The decolorization ratio of wastewater of washing for ready-made clothes after flocculation was 83.04% and CODer removal ratio was 80.73% ml,der the optimal condition.
