| 摘 要： | 目的:研究九节木地上部分乙醇提取物的抗抑郁作用.方法:采用小鼠悬尾、强迫游泳、自主活动和利血平诱导抑郁症模型实验,研究九节木地上部分醇提物的抗抑郁活性.结果:九节木地上部分乙醇提取物(50、100、150 mg.kg-1)能显著缩短小鼠悬尾和游泳不动时间(p<0.05).九节木地上部分中、高剂量组(100、150 mg.kg-1)对利血平所致小鼠体温的下降和眼睑下垂有明显改善作用(p<0.05).结论:九节木地上部分乙醇提取物具有一定的抗抑郁作用.
