从语用学、社会语言学和和认知语言学等角度对翻译的原则进行理论的阐解,提出语言的翻译必需要从社会、文化、思维入手,注意文章的细微之处,力求译文的信、顺、准。在这些思想指导下,作者就曹庸先生对海明威的作品《雨中的猫》译文分析,说明对词语、句子的理解和翻译除了要了解语言的结构之外,还要顾及社会文化背景及语境,了解作品与作者的文化背景与作者的写作特点,以求对语言做深层次的理解,把文章翻译得更准确、更有文采。

Pragmatic and Cognitive Analyses on Cao Yong's Version of "Cat in the Rain" by Hemingway

From the perspective of pragmatics,sociolinguistics and cognitive linguistics,this paper discusses the principles of translation and suggests that in translation,we should consider the factors of society,culture and ways of thinking,pay more attention to the delicate meaning in words and expressions and try to translate the original meaning correctly,smoothly and exactly.
