铁椆根调节高糖高脂大鼠肝功能的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨铁椆根调节高糖高脂大鼠肝功能的作用.方法将大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F组各8只.A组仅饲喂基础饲料,连续6周;其余5组则饲喂高糖高脂饲料3周建立高糖高脂大鼠模型,其后B组采血检验,C组继续饲喂高糖高脂饲料3周,D、E、F组则分别饲喂含铁椆根水煮液437、583、875g/kg的高糖高脂饲料3周.6周后以摘眼球取血法采血检测各组肝功能各项指标.结果高糖高脂模型大鼠肝功能主要指标与A组比较均有显著差异;饲喂铁桐根3周后,D、E、F组肝功能明显改善,与C组有显著差异(P〈001).结论铁椆根能有效减轻肝损伤,改善肝功能.

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effect of Cyclobalanopsis glauca root Oll liver function in high serum glucose and serum lipid model rats. Methods] Rats were randomly divided into six groups: control goup; high serum glucose and serum lipid model group; high serum glucose and serum lipid model control group; three treated groups by Cyclobalanopsis glauca root powder with small dosage, medimn dosage, large dosage. Rats in control group were only fed with basic feeds; rats in high serum glucose and serum lipid model group and the high serun~ glucose and serum lipid model control group were fed with high-sugar and high-lipid feeds, and rats in treated groups were fed with high- sugar and high-lipid feed in supplement with different doses of Cyclobalanopsis glauca root powder. After 3-week treatment, liver fimction indexes, such as ALT, ALB and ALB/ GLB were determined. Results] Compared with control group, the mare indexes of liver function including ALT, ALB and ALB/GLB in the high serum glucose and serum lipid modal group had significant differences〈0.01). After3-week treated with different doses of Cyclobalanopsis glauca root powder, the liver function of high serunl glucose and serum lipid model rats was improved obviously. The ALT activity significantly declined; however, ALB and ALB/GLB increased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion] Cyclobalanopsis glauca root can relieve liver injury and improve liver function obviously
