论高职院校思政课教师职业幸福感的缺失及获取路径

摘    要:高职院校思政课教师职业幸福感的缺失,既表现在其工作成就感的缺乏,又表现在其课程的不受重视。主要原因在于:思政课教学方法单一、教学内容不贴近实际生活;学生重视专业课学习、轻视思政课学习;不良行为和思潮对学生的负面影响。思政课教师要获得职业幸福感,就要加强对马克思主义理论知识的学习,形成职业认同感;抓住民生热点,突出生活化方式的教学;正确理解高职院校思政课与专业课的关系;净化社会环境,积极进行正能量的培育。

On the Absence of Professional Happiness and Obtainable Path among the Teacher of Ideological and Political Course in the Vocational College

Abstract:The main reason of absent professional happiness among the teachers in the vocational college is lacking the sense of professional achievement , as well as ideological and political courses are neglected in their col-leges.It lies in the single teaching method , the teaching content not closing to real life , the students emphasizing on speciality courses but in contempt of ideological and political courses , sudents'bad behavior and negative thoughts .To obtain the professional happiness for teachers of the ideological and political course , it is necessary for the teachers to strengthen the knowledge of the Marxism theory to form the profession identity;to grab people's live-lihood hot issues and highlight the teaching mode .Meanwhile it should understand correctly the relationship be-tween the ideological and political courses and speciality courses in vocational colleges; purify the social environ-ment and cultivate positive energy actively .
