| 摘 要： | 民族问题是关系统一战线巩固和发展的重要问题,党的几代领导人各坚持了以下民族政策：毛泽东指出要坚持民族平等,实行民族区域自治;邓小平说要造就一支宏大的德才兼备的少数民族干部队伍;江泽民则要求加快民族地区发展,维护国家统一;胡锦涛认为中国特色社会主义道路是解决我国民族问题的根本道路,这为党的民族理论发展、我国各民族大团结奠定了坚定的基础。

| Abstract: | The ethnic minority issue concerns the consolidation and development of the united front.Each generation of party leaders have insisted on the following national policies.Mao Ze-dong pointed out the adherence to the national equality and the system of regional ethnic autonomy.Deng Xiao-ping insisted on building a team of cadres from ethnic minorities who should have both ability and political integrity.Jiang Ze-ming demanded that the economic and social development be accelerated and national unity be maintained.Hu Jin-tao believed that the socialist road with Chinese characteristics is the way to solve the national problems,which lays a solid foundation for the development of Party＇s national theory and promotion of the unity of all ethnic groups. |
