| 摘 要： | 本研究选取西安市30名幼儿教师为对象,主要采用问卷调查的方法考察幼儿教师的职业倦怠状况。结果表明幼儿教师的职业倦怠整体上并不严重,但幼儿教师已经普遍存在职业倦怠的现象。组织因素、待遇低下以及幼儿园工作的封闭性和低创造性是导致幼儿教师职业倦怠的重要因素。

| Abstract: | This research selects thirty kindergarten teachers in Xi'an City as testees to observe and study the situations of kindergarten teachers' job burnout mainly by questionnaires.The findings indicate that kindergarten teachers' burnout is not serious on the whole(teachers who get severe burnout only make up 6.67% of the total samples).However,the phenomenon of burnout is widespread among kindergarten teachers(teachers who get burnout and severe burnout make up 63.34% of the total samples).It is such important ... |
