| 摘 要： | 要建立现代企业制度，就必须有相应的企业文化，因此，现代企业文化建设是建立我国社会主义市场经济微观体制的一个重要内容。要建设优良的现代企业文化就必须关注以下主要问题：一是我国现代企业文化的特征，二是企业价值观念的转变，三是企业精神的树立，四是企业家素质的培育。

A Few Issues in Enterprises' Culture Construction under Modern Enterprise System |

| Abstract: | In order to establish modern enterprise systems, there must be corresponding enterprise culture. Therefore, modern enterprise culture construction is an important component in the construction of microscopic system of socialist modern market economy in our country. A number of key issues in the construction of modern enterprise culture were discussed: firstly, the characteristics of modern enterprise culture in our country; secondly, the conversion of enterprise value conception; thirdly, the establishment of enterprise spirit and fourthly the cultivation of enterpreneurs' quality. |
