摘 要: | 用盆载方法研究了非灭菌条件下,接种VA菌根真菌Selerocystis sinuosa对紫茉莉幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,中VA菌根真菌能提高VA菌对紫茉蓝的浸染率,接种株的营养生长叶绿素含量和花青素含量优于对照株,说明接种VA菌根真菌能促进紫茉莉的幼苗生长。

Abstract: | This paper studies the effect to seedling growth of Mirabilis jalapa inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungi( Selerocystis sinuosa ) on the condition of non sterilization by pot cultivation. The result indicates that the method can increase the infection rate to Mirabilis jalapa and the inoculated plant is better than the contrast plant in vegetative growth and the content of chlorophyll and cyanidin. It is explained that the method can promote the seedling growth of Mirabilis jalapa . |
