| 摘 要： | 测算我国信息资源工业经济效益弹性系数，旨在为信息资源开发利用对经济发展影响研究寻找一条既可量化、又可操作的新途径，使经济主体在生产、经营、消费、管理等经济行为过程中。对信息资源开发利用投入有一个较为准确伯心理预期，进而使我国信息资源开发利用投入产出进入良性循环。

| Abstract: | The aim to predict the elastic coefficient of economic efficiency for information resources industry in our country is to look for a new quantitative and practical way in which the effect of development and utilization of information resources on economic development can be studied, so that the economists can have an accurate psychological prediction of the input, development and utilization of information resources in production, business management, consumption, administration and so on, and the development and utilization information resources input can be put into good circulation. |
