| 摘 要： | 2008至2009年,众多灾难和危机接踵而至。面对各种危机事件,这既是挑战,又是机遇,高校如何推进党建工作科学发展,促进精神文明建设,构建和谐校园,通过处理危机事件又有何收获和启示,是着力探索的主要方向。
