| 摘 要： | 电大图书馆特别是省级电大图书馆的性质特点决定了它必须以开放的远程教学为服务对象、必须认清电子图书馆的发展现状和网络环境下的职能和作用,加强馆藏资源和网络资源建设,资源共享是电大图书馆建设的必由之路。
