| 摘 要： | 给小鼠腹腔注射艾氏腹水瘤瘤株，1wk后，抽取腹水细胞，经HE染色制成切片来观察动物细胞的有丝分裂过程及中期染色体形态．此法利用腹水型肿瘤细胞生长快、个体体积大、分裂相多且细胞间无粘连的特点，操作简单，结果明显，是一种新型的观察动物细胞有丝分裂过程的实验方法．
