| 摘 要： | 盆栽条件下，以楼土为基质，研究了接种VA菌根真菌（Glomus mosseae) 对小麦幼苗生长发育的作用。结果表明，接种株的小麦营养生长、磷含量及叶绿素含量都明显优于对照株。小麦生长发育对VA菌根的依赖性很强，说明接种VA菌根真菌能够促进小麦苗期的营养生长，提高植株对土壤磷素的吸收。

| Abstract: | Pot soil experiment with VA Glomus mosseae inoculation indicates that the wheat sprout inoculated is superior to the control samples in nutritional growth, P and chlorophyll contents. The inoculation results in strong dependence on VA Glomus mosseae , which promotes the wheat sprout growth and absorption of soil phosphorus. |
