| 摘 要： | 利用超声激活血卟啉，研究对在体艾氏腹水瘤癌细胞的杀伤作用．实验分别选择不同的超声时间及取材时间．结果表明，单纯超声及血卟啉加超声组对肿瘤细胞均有杀伤作用．强度为0．9W／cm^2，声照3min，6h取材，为艾氏腹水瘤的杀伤效应最佳参数．

A Preliminary Report on the Killing Effect of Ultrasound and Hematoporphyrin on Ehrlick Ascites Tumor in Vivo |

| Abstract: | The killing effect of Ehrlick ascites cells were studied with combination of Ultrasound (US) and Hematoporphyrin (HPD). The frequency of US was 2MHz and intensity was 0.9 W/cm 2 in the experiment. From the results, the most serious effects were observed 6 hours after the insonation lasting 3 minutes. The experiment proved that US combined with HPD could kill the cancer cells effectively. |
