| 摘 要： | 通过对商鞅变法的研究，可以揭示其在历史上的作用。商鞅变法的成功，说明法家思想在当时是适合秦国国情的统治思想。对秦代社会经济发展有相的促进作用，不能因为秦的速亡而否定法家思想的进步性。

| Abstract: | Through the study of Shang Yang's constitutional reform, its historical function can be seen clearly. Its success proves that Legalists thought, as a ruling thought, was suited to the condition of Qin Dynasty, a ruling country at that time, and it facilitates the social development of Qin. So we cannot deny the progressive ideas of Legalists thought just because the transient existence of Qin Dynasty. |
