论弘扬古长安文化精神与现代西安精神的再造

西安几千年的开发史积累了丰富的人文遗产———唐代长安文化精神;自唐中后期以来,古长安逐渐丧失了中华文明中心的地位。传统的封建思想、小农意识及计划体制下的集权、平均思想是近代以来西安经济落后的人文原因,在现代化进程中探索西安文化特点,再造西安文化精神,并适时适当地调整发展战略与策略,对于加快西安的改革与发展,推动西安经济增长十分重要。

The Relation between Development of Ancient Changan Spirit and Recreation of Modern Xi'an Spirit

The medieval Changan's cultural spirit is the rich humane heritage accumulated in the thousands of years' development of Xi'an.Since the middle and later Tang dynasty,ancient Changan gradually lost its position as the center of Chinese civilization.The humane factors,i.e.the feudalist ideas,small peasant mentality and the thoughts of political authority and equality affected by the planning system are the main reasons of backward economic development of Xi'an.So to explore the character of Xi'an culture in the process of modern development,to recreate Xi'an cultural spirit,and to properly adjust corresponding developing policy and strategy are of great importance to speed up the reform and enhance the economy in Xi'an.
