| 摘 要： | 《政府信息公开条例》的颁布施行，确立了我国图书馆与政府信息合作共享的法律机制。图书馆有义务、有责任且有条件做好政府信息服务工作，并通过自身的作为，成为政府信息最为集中、最为有序、最方便查询、最快捷获取而且离公众最近的社会信息中心。

| Abstract: | The execution of The Regulations of Publicity of Government Information has established a sharing and cooperative legal mechanism between the library and government information in China.The library is supposed to serve the publicity of government information owing to its obligations, responsibilities and feasibilities.And through its efforts,the library is sure to become the most convenient,centralized,orderly and the nearest social information center for the public to consult the government information. |
