| 摘 要： | 少数民族大学生思想政治工作的加强,是少数民族人才培养的重要途径,高校思想政治教育者要本着"政治上关心、生活上照顾、学习上坚持标准、纪律上严格要求"的原则来培养少数民族大学生的综合能力。引导学生树立正确的民族观和发展观,引导少数民族大学生在观念、知识、能力和心理素质等方面适应知识经济时代的要求,进一步加强德育工作的有效性和时效性。
