复合助剂改性混凝土的碳化性能

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,研究了水胶比、胶粉掺量、硅粉掺量以及消泡剂掺量对混凝土碳化性能的影响规律。结果表明:水胶比、胶粉掺量、硅粉掺量以及消泡剂掺量4个因素对混凝土的碳化性能影响的主次顺序是胶粉掺量最大,消泡剂掺量次之,水胶比第三,硅粉掺量最小;胶粉掺量对混凝土碳化的影响存在两个拐点,4%时混凝土的抗碳化性最差,8%时抗碳化性最好;随着消泡剂掺量的增加,碳化深度逐渐减小。最后,通过试验数据分析和查阅文献取值建立复合助剂改性混凝土的碳化模型,经游程检验,在显著性水平a=0.05下其相关关系显著。

Abstract:The effects of water-cement ratio,latex powder,silica fume and defoamer on the carbonation performance of concrete were studied by orthogonal experiment in this paper.The results show that effect ability on the carbonation performance of concrete is in the following order:latex powder 〉 next defoamer 〉 water-cement ratio 〉 silica fume.There are two inflection points at the curve of carbonation depth to latex powder,carbonation resistance of concrete is the worst at 4%,while the best at 8%.The carbonation depth decreases with increasing defoamer.Finally,the orthogonal experiment and investigating references were carried out to establish a carbonation model of composite additives modified concrete.It is concluded that the carbonation model is significant at the significance level a=0.05 by run test.
