摘    要:采用乳液共混将氧化石墨烯(GO)水溶液与天然胶乳共混,对此共混体系破乳后再原位还原从而制备了石墨烯/天然橡胶(GE/NR)纳米复合材料。TEM和XRD测试表明GE片层在NR基体中剥离程度高且达到了均匀的分散。高结合胶含量、Raman位移以及断面SEM粗糙程度表明GE与NR之间存在很强的界面作用。GE在NR基体中良好的分散以及二者之间的强界面作用均有利于提高GE/NR纳米复合材料的力学性能及导电性能。

Abstract:Graphene/natural rubber (GE/NR)nanocomposites were prepared by a modified latex compounding method with co-co-agulation and subsequently in situ reduction of graphene oxide.A high degree of exfoliation and homogeneous dispersion of GE in the NR matrix is confirmed by TEM and XRD measurements.High amount of bound rubber,Raman upshift and SEM images of tensile fractured surface suggest there exist strong interfacial interaction between GE and NR.Both the homogeneous dispersion of GE in the matrix NR and the strong interfacial interaction between GE and NR are favorable for the improvement on the mechanical and electrical properties of GE/NR nanocomposites.
