摘    要:为了优化某全概念设计的新型纯电动汽车头部结构,采用有限元仿真与正交设计相结合的方法,在保障碰撞安全性的前提下,以实现最优比吸能和轻量化为目标,对纯电动汽车头部进行优化,并将优化得到的头部结构进行碰撞安全性分析验证,从而确定满足目标的最优结构。

Abstract:In order to optimize pure electric vehicle head structure with the whole conceptual design,finite element simulation and orthogonal design method is used to achieve the optimal energy absorption ratio and weight optimization target under the premise of crash safety protection.By optimizing the design of electric vehicle head and verifying by the head collision safety test,the op-timum structure meeting the target is determined.
