摘 要: | 2-芳硫基苯酚及其衍生物可以用作GlyT-1抑制剂。笔者发展了一种2-芳基硫醚苯酚的合成新方法,反应过程中以氧气作为氢的接受剂,以环己酮作为苯酚基来源,不需要任何金属参与,使用催化量的碘提高了反应产率,环己酮作为苯酚基来源。

Abstract: | Aryl thioethers are important organosulfur compounds that widely exist in natural products, functional materials and pharmaceuticals. 2-Phenylthiophenol and its derivatives can be used as glycine transporter-1 (GlyT-1) inhibitors. In this paper, we have developed a novel iodine-promoted approach for the synthesis of 2-(aryl)thiophenols using cyclohexanones as phenol source under metal-free conditions. Catalytic amount of iodine was used as catalyst and molecule oxygen was used as hydrogen ac- ceptor in this transformation. |
