机场停机坪安全系统风险综合物元分析模型

摘    要:对机场停机坪安全系统进行科学的评价,是采取有效措施确保其安全运行的前提。通过系统分析影响机场停机坪安全系统的主要因素,构建了机场停机坪安全系统风险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法来确定安全系统风险评价指标的权重,运用物元分析理论,建立了基于多级物元分析的机场停机坪安全系统风险评价模型,结合实例进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,评价指标体系科学合理,物元分析理论能有效地利用评价指标的信息,科学合理地综合评价机场停机坪安全系统风险状况,并可根据评价结果采取有效措施防止机场停机坪安全事故的发生,这对提高机场停机坪安全系统风险的管理水平有着重要意义。

Abstract:Safety system risk evaluation of airport apron is an effective measure to ensure the safety operation of an airport apron. Through the systematic analysis of the main factors influencing the airport apron safety system, the evaluation index system is built. The weights of the evaluation indexes are determined by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). By using the matter-ele- ment analysis theory, the multilevel matter-element evaluation model about the safety system risk of the airport apron is estab- lished. As a consequence, the results show that the evaluation system is rational and scientific. The current safety situation of the airport apron can be evaluated scientifically, reasonably and comprehensively by the matter-element analysis method with an effec- tive use of the evaluation information. This has important significance to improve the safety system risk management level of the airport apron.
