| 摘 要： | 摩擦片式离合器在设计过程中,对比较重要的基本参数,过去一直采用初选、后校核的方法,需反复修改计算,工作量大,而且很难获得最优结果。采用MATLAB优化工具箱Fmincon函数对其基本参数进行优化,可以迅速解决这个问题,而且优化设计是降低成本、提高性能、改善工艺的有效工具与途径。

| Abstract: | The more important and basic parameters of friction plate clutch in the design process had been using the method of primaries after checking,which needed to be repeatedly modified and had heavy workload.It is difficult to obtain optimal results.Using Fmincon function of MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the basic parameters of its function,you can quickly solve this problem.Optimal design is effective tools and approaches to reduce costs,and improve performance and the process. |
