摘    要:本文研究了间磺酸基偶氮氯膦(简称CPA-mS)于钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,实验结果确定,在pH=3.00~5.50的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,钯(Ⅱ)与CPA-mS生成1∶2的稳定蓝色配合物,试剂的λmax=560nm,配合物的λmax=640nm,△λmax=80nm。配合物摩尔吸光系数ε=2.15×104L.mol(-1).cm(-1)。Pd(Ⅱ)浓度在0.5~18μg/10ml内服从比尔定律。二十多种离子存在一定量不干扰,经离子交换分离后测定矿样中的钯量,获得满意的结果。

Abstract:The color reaction of Pd (Ⅱ) with chlorophosphonazo-mS (CPA-mS) is studied.Experiments show that in HAc-NaAc medium at PH = 3.5~5.5, CPA-mS and Pd (Ⅱ) form a bluecomplex which has a maximum absorption at 640 nm.At this wavelength, the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.15 × 104 L. mol-1. cm-1, The method is sensitive and selective.Beer s law is obeyed for Pd (Ⅱ) in the range of 0.5~18μg/10ml.Thismethod is applied to determination of Pd (Ⅱ) in mineral with a satisfactory result.
