摘    要:研究了麸皮、米糠水解液培养酵母的工艺条件、在最适培养条件下,酵母产量达11.0( 干 ) g/L,蛋白质含量达 45%~50%,含有多种氨基酸,具有和鱼粉相似的功效。

Abstract:The technological conditions for the culture yeast by the hydrolytic liquid of wheat bran and rice bran are studied. At the optimum conditions, the yeast cell productivity is up to 11.0g/L (dry basis), protein content is up to 45%-50%.It contains many kinds of amino acids. and it's effect is like fish meal' s.
