己酸乙酯专用酯化曲产酯条件的优化

摘    要:研究采用正交试验对己酸乙酯专用酯化曲产酯条件进行优化。试验结果表明,最适酯化条件为乙醇浓度20%,己酸浓度1%,温度34℃,100h后己酸乙酯含量可达118mg/100mL。

Abstract:This study optimized the conditions of yielding ester for ethyl caproate producing starter by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum esterification conditions were when the ethanol concentration was 20% and the hexanoic acid concentration was 1% and the temperature was 34℃.Under these conditions after 100 hours reaction the content of ethyl caproate was up to 118 mg/100mL.
