对南美白对虾WSBV病毒的定性和定量检测研究

摘    要:利用PCR定性和定量检测对100尾南美白对虾做了研究,发现致病虾在定性检测中成阳性,健康虾成阴性或者弱阳性;致病虾在定量检测中WSBV含量大于103个病毒粒子/mg,健康虾小于等于103个病毒粒子/mg,由此可以得知白斑病爆发的临界值为103个病毒粒子/mg。

Abstract:In this paper,100 shrimps are determined by qualitative and quantitative PCR.The result shows that shrimps with obvious symptom are mescaline gender in the qualitative examination and shrimps without symptom are negative or weak mescaline gender;shrimps with obvious symptom carry more than 103 virus particles per microgram tissue,while shrimps with obvious symptom carry less than the amount.So 103 virus particles per microgram tissue would be the critical point for the shrimp virus disease outbreak.
