数控机床主传动热变形误差实时补偿的应用研究

摘    要:利用FANUC 0 I-MC系统外部机床坐标系偏置实现了数控机床主传动系统热误差补偿,在多台数控机床上试验,使得机床的精度大幅提高,从而验证了此方法的正确性和实用性。

Abstract:A method of main drive of Machine tool thermal error compensation was based on the computer numerical control(CNC) shift function of external coordinate system.The technology was implemented in several CNC machine tools and the precision of the machine tool are improved greatly,which verifies the correctness and practicability of the method.
