基于ADS的宽带功率放大器设计

摘    要:文章介绍了运用ADS仿真软件对一款宽带功率放大器进行仿真和电路设计。在确定功放的偏置状态后,采用基于S参数的设计方法,对功放的输入输出匹配网络进行解析,进而确定出合适的功放拓扑结构,并对放大器的输入输出匹配网络进行仿真优化。最终使该款功率放大器测试结果达到设计要求。

Abstract:Based on ADS,simulation and design of a wide-band power amplifier is presented in this paper.At first,biasing point is determined and stability is judged,the next step is to analyze the matching network of input and output according to S-parameters method,and get a suitable topological.Then the matching network of input and output is simulated and optimized.All measurement results agree highly with design request.
