管式超滤器澄清柠檬汁的研究

摘    要:本文研究了超滤法生产柠檬澄清汁的可行性,探讨了膜孔径、温度、压力对澄清汁透液通量和成分的影响。试验结果表明:选用切割分子量为3万的聚丙烯腈膜,在温度50℃、平均压力0.22MPa条件下,能得到稳定的、色泽风味俱佳的澄清汁,其平均透液通量为18.16kg/m2·h。污染的超滤膜用化学清洗液低压湍流清洗,在1小时内,透水通量能恢复到95%以上。

Abstract:A feasibility of using UF for clarification of lemon (Eureka) juice is investigated, the effects of membrane pore size, temperature, pressure on the pormeate flux and composition of clarified juice are studied in the paper.Stable clarified juice with good colour and flavour is achieyed with polyacrylonitrile membranes of 30 000 dations pore size at a temperature of 50℃ and a Pressure of 0.22MPa, its average flux is up to 18. 16kg/m2 .h.UF membranes fouled can be cleaned with chemical cleaning solution under a low pressure and turbulent condition, and flux recovery of water is more than 95% in an hour.
