| 摘 要： | 硫代乙酰胺水解生成的硫离子在酸性条件下将三公铁离子还原为二价，在ｐＨ＝３．５的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ的缓冲介质中，利用二价铁与１，１０－二氮杂菲的显色反应，采用分光光度法间接测出硫离子的含量。结果表明，方法的线性范围为： ０～０．６６μｇ／ｍＬ，表现摩尔吸光系数为 ２．２×１０４Ｌ．Ｃｍ－１．ｍｏｌ－１，变异系数为 １．３％，回收率为 １０３％。

| Abstract: | Thioacetamide decomposes S2- which is a reagent quantitatively reduces iron(Ⅲ) to iron(Ⅱ).At a pH of 3.5 about acetate buffer,iron(Ⅱ) reacts with 1,10-phenanthroline to form a very deep orangered complex.The obser vation suggests that it may be used for the indirect determination of microamounts of S2- by spectrophotometry. The linear range as 0-0.66ug/mL for S2-, 'is 2.2× 104L. mol-1. cm-1,the relative standard deviation is 1.3%,the recovery is 103%. |
