| 摘 要： | 对半纤维素水解产物的分离进行了研究。在适当的条件下，半纤维素被半纤维素酶水解后，用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（Bio-Gel P-2）柱层析法及纸上分配层析法分离半纤维素的水解产物，可以得到木低聚糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖和甘露糖等组分。

| Abstract: | Isolations of hemicellulose hydrolysate are researched. In proper conditions, the hemicellulose is hydrolyzed by hemicellulase.The hemicelluloses hydrolysate could be isolated on a polyacrylamide (Bio-Gel P-2)chromatography and paper chromatography, some samples such as xylo-oligosaccharide,xylose,arabinose,mannose and so on. |
