| 摘 要： | 智能视频监控系统已经逐步应用到医院、商场等公共场合,运动目标检测算法是该智能系统的关键技术之一。文章首先从比较现有的典型运动目标检测算法出发,然后引入Ostu算法用于目标检测的图像处理过程中选取最佳阈值,最后针对其实际存在的问题,给出了一种改进方法及测试结果。

| Abstract: | Intelligent video surveillance system has been gradually applied to many public places such as hospitals,marketplaces and so on.The algorithm for moving object detection is one of key techniques in this intelligent system.In this paper,we firstly compares some existing typical algorithms of object detection.And then the Ostu algorithm is introduced to process image.Then it is used to figure out a best threshold value during the object detection.Pointing to the existing problem of the traditional Ostu algorithm,it presents an improved method and test results finally. |
