| 摘 要： | 以四氯化钛为前驱物,采用水解法制备二氧化钛纳米粉体。在制备过程中,硫酸氨的加入可以有效的降低二氧化钛纳米粒子的粒径,利用SPA400扫描探针显微镜对制备的二氧化钛的晶体形貌进行了表征。讨论了四氯化钛水解法制备纳米二氧化钛的影响因素。

| Abstract: | Nano sized TiO2 powder was prepared by hydrolysis method,adopting TiCl4 as the forerunner.The size of nanoparticle was reduced by adding the(NH3)2SO4 as inhibitor.The crystalline morphotropy of these powders was characterized by SPA-400.At last,the effects of the hydrolysis process on the properties of nano-sized TiO2 were discussed. |
