从菜子油中提取磷脂的研究

摘    要:进行了从菜子油中提取磷脂方法的研究。试验证明,菜子油水化脱磷的加水量为0.85%~1%,水化温度为70℃~80℃,水化时间60min,搅拌速度80r/min,第一次萃取加丙酮为10∶1,萃取时间为30min,制取磷脂得率较高。试验还证明,以直接用含50%水分的粗磷脂加丙酮萃取效果较好,去油磷脂得率较高。

Abstract:The study is extracting phospholipid from rape oil. During thewater-process, it is proved that an optimal water added is 0.85%~1%, reaction temperature is 70℃~80℃, reaction time is 60min, effect of stirring is 80r/min, the first quantity of acetone is 10:1,extraction time is 30 min.Direct adding acetone to crude phospholipid is a better traditional method.The research indicates that the rude phospholipid of 50% water is best.
