| 摘 要： | 对基于Windows的电网仿真系统支撑平台进行了研究,并加以了具体实现。针对微机系统的特点,对实时数据库进行了精心设计,实现了静态数据库管理、实时数据库管理、系统运行管理与控制、模型开发支撑、图形仿真和网络通信等功能模块有机地集成。
