三聚磷酸钠制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交实验法,以纯碱与磷酸为原料制备三聚磷酸钠(STPP)。考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂、磷酸浓度以及中和液pH值对产品质量的影响。得出优化工艺条件为:添加催化剂尿素;中和温度为95℃;聚合温度为420℃;中和时间为50m in;聚合时间为40m in;中和液pH值为7;磷酸与纯碱物质的量比为6.0∶5.0;磷酸浓度为75%。

Abstract:The method of orthogonal experiment is adopted in this paper and the sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP) is composed by sodium carbonate and phosphoric acid.The influence of mol ratio of material,reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst,density of phosphoric acid and pH to quality of the product is studied.So the best conditions of process is gained: adding the catalyst of urea;neutral temperature is 95℃;polymeric temperature is 420℃;neutral time is 50 min;polymeric time is 40min;pH is 7;n(phosphoric acid)∶n(sodium carbonate) is 6.0∶5.0;the density of phosphoric acid is 75%.
