摘    要:提出一种新颖的三角形缺陷接地结构(DGS)微带线单元,分析了该结构的阻带特性,建立了该结构单元的等效模型,提取了电路参数。最后将该DGS结构应用于紧凑结构带通滤波器的设计,HFSS仿真结果表明:在3~7GHz的频率范围内,这种新颖的DGS结构的BPF比传统BPF的阻带更宽,验证了所提结构的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:A novel triangular shape defected ground structure for microstrip line unit is proposed. Its bandgap characteristics are discussed. The equivalent circuit modeling for the proposed DGS microstrip line unit is built and its parameters are extracted. Furthermore , a compact DGS bandpass filter is designed. 3-D HFSS simulation results show the newly proposed DGS bandpass filter has wider stopband characteristics than those of conventional bandpass filters in the frequencies range of 3GHz to 7GHz. The validity and feasibility of the filter is verified by the simulated results.
