表象练习在扣球技术教学中的应用

摘    要:在排球的扣球教学中,采用表象练习法帮助学生正确理解和准确掌握扣球技术动作,建立正确的条件反射,形成正确的动作定型,动作运用自动化.实验证明,采用该练习法教学有利于学生心理、身体素质和扣球技术同步提高,对提高扣球教学效果也有明显的促进作用.

Abstract:During the volleyball smashing teaching, adopt presentative exercise method to help students to understand correctly and master accurately the technique and movement of smashing, establish the correct conditioned reflex, form the correct pattern of movement, make movement instinctive. Experiment has proved this exercise method can help to improve students' psychology, constitution and smashing technique synchronistically, there is obvious function on improving the effect of smashing teaching.
