判断胃癌D3切除术预后的新指标:术后液体负平衡

目的 :探讨术后液体负平衡对胃癌D3 切除术患者预后的预测价值。方法 :回顾性分析 1994年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月 30例行胃癌D3 切除术患者的临床资料。根据术后液体负平衡出现的时间把病例分为A、B两组 :A组为术后 3天内出现液体负平衡的病例组 (2 6例 ) ,B组为术后 3天内未出现液体负平衡的病例组 (4例 )。结果 :对两组围手术期的相关因素进行比较没有显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。A组并发症的发生率、死亡率及住院天数明显低于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :术后液体负平衡出现的迟早可作为判断胃癌D3 切除术患者预后的一项新指标

Postoperative Negative Fluid Balance Predicts Prognoss of Gastric Carcinoma Undergoing D3 Lymphadenectomy

Objective:To assess the value of postoperative negative fluid balance on prediction of patients with gastric carcinoma undergoing D 3 lymphadenectomy.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical date of 30 cases patients with gastric carcinoma undergoing an D 3 lymphadenectomy from Jan.1994 to May.2002. Cases were divided into A group and B group by the time of emerging negative fluid balance,26 patients emerged negative fluid balance within the first 3 days postoperatively (A group) while 4 patients didn't(B group). Results: The differences which compared perioperative related factors between two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05) The mortality, morbidity rates and hospital days for A group were statistically lower than those for B group (P< 0.01).Conclusions:The time of emerging postoperative negative fluid balance is an new index of predicting prognosis of gastric carcinoma undergoing an D 3 lymphadenectomy.
