| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索测量妇宁片中醋酸甲地孕酮含量的新方法。方法 :利用氯仿将醋酸甲地孕酮从成品药物中溶出 ,在荧光分光光度计上绘制荧光光谱或测量相对荧光强度。结果 :结合醋酸甲地孕酮与浓H2 SO4反应后水解产物的荧光性质及影响因素 ,拟定了一种高灵敏度测量片剂药物中醋酸甲地孕酮含量的新方法。结论 :用荧光光度法测量成品药物中醋酸甲地孕酮含量操作简便 ,迅速 ,灵敏度高 ,结果令人满意

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to find a new method for determination of megestrol acetate in Funing tablets.Methods: To extracte the Megestrol acetate from the tablets with CHCl 3 and determine it by spectorfluorimetry. The reaction of megestrol acetate with concentrated surfuric acid was studied, The effects of some monobasic alcohol and some surfactent on the fluorescent properties of megestrol acetate were also studied. Results: A simple and highly sencitive fluorescent synergistic method is reported to detect megestrol acetate. Conclusion: This method has been successfully applied to the determination of megestrol acetate in tablet. |
