健康教育讲座对住院老年患者骨健康行为影响的调查

目的评价健康教育讲座对住院老年患者骨质疏松症防治知识知晓率及骨健康行为的影响。方法选择老年病房中年龄为60⁷5岁的符合骨量减少及骨质疏松症诊断标准的患者110名进行相关防治知识和骨健康行为的评估,分别在干预前和干预后3个月发放调查问卷进行统计学处理,分析其改变情况。结果干预后患者对骨质疏松症危险因素及骨质疏松性骨折的危害认知明显提高,对相关防治知识的知晓率也有一定的提高(P<0.01);患者骨健康行为与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以专题知识讲座的形式有计划、有针对性地开展骨质疏松防治知识的健康教育干预能帮助老年患者充分认识疾病本身及其危害,骨健康行为明显改善,生命质量相应提高。

Influence of Health Education Lecture on Bone Health Behavior of Aged Hospitalized Patients

Objectiive To evaluate the influence of health education lecture on bone health behav？ior and osteoporosis prevention knowledge of aged hospitalized patients. Methods Chose 110 cases in aged ward from 60 to 75 years old,the situation were in accordance with osteopenia and osteoporo？sis diagnosis standard,evaluated the relevant prevention knowledge and bone health behavior of the patients,send out the questionnaires and carried out statistical analysis before intervention and 3 months after intervention. Results After intervention,the patients’knowledge of risk factors and fracture harm of osteoporosis improved obviously,and the relevant prevention knowledge of the pa？tients improved in a certain degree（P〈0.01）;compared with pre-intervention,the health behavior of the patients improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health education intervention with the content of osteoporosis prevention knowledge and with the form of special knowledge lec？tures,can help the patients to understand the disease and harm of the disease,thus improves the bone health behavior and life quality of the patients.
