摘    要:构建了一种基于乙炔黑/壳聚糖膜修饰电极的壬基酚电化学测定方法.分别实验了壬基酚在裸玻碳电极和膜修饰电极上的电化学行为,并对实验条件进行了优化.结果表明,壬基酚在pH 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中,在乙炔黑/壳聚糖膜修饰电极上具有灵敏的电化学响应.相对于裸玻碳电极,壬基酚在膜修饰电极上的氧化峰电流大大提高,峰电位负移50 m...

Abstract:The electrochemical method for the determination of nonylphenol based on the acetylene black/ chitosan film modified electrode was developed.The electrochemical behaviors of no-nylphenol at the bare electrode and at the film electrode were investigated respectively and the experimental conditions were optimized.The experimental results indicated that the obvious electrochemical response of nonylphenol was shown at the black/chitosan film modified electrode in pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution.Compared with the bare electrode,the oxidation peak current increased greatly at the film electrode and the peak potential shifted negatively about 50 mV,which indicated that the film electrode had a good catalytic effect to the oxidation of nonylphenol.The repeatability and stability of the modified electrode were also investigated.The electrochemical behaviors of nonylphenol were investigated.The cyclic voltammetric experimental results also showed that there existed an excellent linear relationship between oxidation peak current of nonylphenol and its concentration in the range of 110~1 10 mol/L.The detection limit is up to 5 10 mol/L(based on / = 3).The film electrode had a good stability and an anti-interference ability.It was applied to determine nonylphenol of real water samples in Sanjiao Lake with satisfactory results.
