| 摘 要： | 研究了哈西奈德与浓硫酸的反应条件及几种表面活性剂对水解产物荧光性质的影响.建立了一种测定哈西奈德的荧光光度分析方法.本法检测限为1.76×106molL1,荧光强度与浓度在2.20×106~1.10×105molL1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差为1.15%.

| Abstract: | On the basis of the fluorescence nature of the hydrolysate after Halcinonide react with dense sulphuric acid.A new method with high sensitivity for the determination of Halcinonide was established.The fluorescence was mearsured with excitation and emission wavelengths of 245nm,388nm,respectively.The fluorescence intensity presented a linear relationship in thecon-centration range of 2.20×10 6 ~ 1.10×10 5 mol L 1. |
