对1000例教师血糖血脂转氨酶体检结果分析

目的:探讨1000例教师血糖、血脂及转氨酶体检结果异常百分率。方法:对1000例年龄在50~80岁,间隔10岁分3组测定其空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶。结果:随着年龄增加,各组血糖、血脂、转氨酶的异常比例增加,各年龄组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),同年龄组性别间无显著性差异(P>0.05);168例有糖尿病史的血脂异常率与文献报道比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对已发现的高血糖、高血脂症人群要积极治疗,处于边缘水平的人群进行健康教育、调整饮食结构并积极预防。

Analysis of the Blood Glucose Blood Lipid and Aminotransferase of 1000 Middle or Old Age Teachers

Objective:To evaluate the abnormal percentage fasting blood glucose, blood lipidand aminotransferase of 1000 in the physician examination teachers. Methods:1000 teachers be-tween 50 ~ 80 years old were divided into three groups by every 10 years, and their fasting Glu ,TC, TG, HDL-ch, LDL-ch , ALT, AST were tested. Results:The fasting blood Glu, TC, TG,HDL-ch, LDL-ch, ALT, AST, abnormal percentage increase along with their age growing , andthe differences are significant (P < 0.05), there is no significant difference in difference sex of thesame ages ( P > 0.05); there is no significant difference between 168 diabeta cases' blood lipid ab-normal percentage and that of reported articles (P > 0.05). Conclusions:Those people who withhyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia diseases should be treatment positively. Those people who arein critical point should be given health education and adjust their diet to prevent disease positively.
